Contact Management
- Unlimited Contact and Company entries
- Standard Contact data fields
- Ability to add additional address, date and communication fields as required.
- Search for contacts using any part of their name, company or address
Relationships and Grouping
- All contacts can be placed into one or more of the tinyBusiness Relationship categories
- Unlimited User created Groups available for permanent or temporary grouping
- Easily view contacts listed by Group
Actions and Journal
- Create actions against either a Contact or yourself. E Mail alert option for due actions.
- Journal records all past history as well as all future actions
E Mail integration
- Outward Outlook email integration
Twitter Integration
- Send Twitter DM with contact name, received contact details by return
- Add Contact from Twitter
- Add Action via Twitter
Data Export
- Export data to Excel (all data, by Relationship or by Group) for use with mail, email merges etc
Data Import
- Import data from Excel via intelligent process. All standard fields imported plus ability to convert yes/no fields into groups.
