Azure worker role internal tcp communication works on development machine but fails in the live environment

Twitter 400 error through LinqToTwitter Jul 6th '10

I discovered the twitter rate limit of 150 requests per hour the hard way when I started getting a 400 error code from twitter. Then after 10 to 20 minutes everything started working again.
